From a Scottish garage to 96 taps on the Strip

BrewDog was founded in 2007 in Ellon, Scotland by James Watt and Martin Dickie, who started brewing Punk IPA in a garage with a second-hand tank. The brand grew rapidly on the back of disruptive marketing and genuinely well-made craft beer, becoming one of Europe's largest craft breweries. BrewDog has bars across the UK, Europe, and the United States, and launched an equity crowdfunding model ("Equity for Punks") that turned its customers into shareholders.
