We read every message. Please include the restaurant page URL and (if relevant) a link to the source that supports the correction. We re-review pages on a rolling basis and prioritize corrections that are well-cited.
What to write
- Corrections — wrong price, missing item, outdated description, closed location.
- New restaurants — a chain, café, bakery or local spot you'd like to see covered. Include the restaurant's official website.
- Editorial questions — about our sourcing, our review dates, or how we decide what goes on a page.
- Press & partnerships — we keep editorial independence strict; please note in the subject line.
What we can't help with
- Ordering issues — please contact the restaurant directly.
- Delivery issues — please contact the delivery service (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.).
- Loyalty program or gift-card questions — please contact the brand.
- Coupon or promo questions — Menupedia doesn't distribute coupons; check the brand's official app.
Response time
Corrections typically land on the site within one or two re-review cycles. We don't promise individual replies to every message, but every well-formed correction gets read and considered.
