Korean BBQ Meats (Included AYCE)

The 15 marinated meats included at every KPOT AYCE tier

KPOT's Korean BBQ side is the chain's most-ordered category. Every meat below is included in the AYCE price — order as many rounds as you'd like within the 90-minute table window. Servers typically bring meats in 4–6 oz portions per round so you can move through the menu without one item dominating the table.

Hot Pot Broths (Included AYCE)

KPOT's four hot pot broths — pick one, or split half-and-half

Every table comes with a built-in hot pot. Order one broth or split the pot down the middle and run two at once. Most tables go Spicy Miso + Original — KPOT's most-ordered combination. Broths are refilled at the table when they boil down too far.

Spicy Miso BrothIncluded

  • Korean-Japanese spicy miso base
  • Moderate heat (gochujang + sesame)
  • Hearty, vegetable-forward
  • Pairs well with: ribeye, pork belly, fish balls, udon

KPOT's most-ordered broth. Default pick for first-time guests.

Tom Yum BrothIncluded

  • Thai-style lemongrass + galangal
  • Spicy, sour, citrus-forward
  • Bright finish
  • Pairs well with: shrimp, squid, glass noodles, enoki

KPOT's Southeast Asian crossover. Lighter than Spicy Miso.

Original Beef BrothIncluded

  • Slow-simmered beef-bone
  • Mildest of the four
  • Best base for delicate seafood
  • Pairs well with: brisket, fish tofu, dumplings, bok choy

The traditional choice. Vehicle for everything.

Mushroom Broth (Vegetarian)Included

  • Mushroom-based clear broth
  • Earthy, umami-forward
  • Fully vegetarian
  • Pairs well with: tofu, mushrooms, kabocha, glass noodles

The only vegetarian broth — flag it on your first order if you want a meat-free hot pot.

Half-and-Half SplitIncluded

  • Divided pot — two broths at once
  • Any pairing of the four available broths
  • Most-ordered combo: Spicy Miso + Original
  • Available at every table on request

Best for mixed groups — run a spicy and a mild simultaneously.

Premium Add-Ons (À La Carte)

KPOT premium upgrades — Wagyu, lobster, king crab, otoro

Premium items are NOT included in any AYCE tier — they're charged à la carte on top of the per-person price. Flag premium add-ons with your server at the start of your meal so they can put the order in early. American Wagyu and Lobster Tail are the most-ordered upgrades; King Crab is the priciest and sells out fastest on weekends.

  1. 1King Crab Leg (1 lb)Priciest single add-on. Sells out fastest — reserve early. Alaskan king.$34.99
  2. 2A5 Japanese Wagyu (2 oz)Top-tier add-on. True Japanese A5 — limited supply at most stores.$29.99

  4. 4Premium Sushi Platter (Chef's)Higher-grade nigiri and rolls not on the standard AYCE menu.$19.99
  5. 5Snow Crab ClusterCluster of snow crab legs — cheaper alternative to king crab.$18.99

  10. 10Scallops (4 pieces)Sea scallops — grill or hot pot.$9.99

Premium add-ons can stack — a single table can add Wagyu, Lobster and King Crab in one order. Premium upgrades are charged per portion, not unlimited.

Cheapest tier & cheapest path

The cheapest way to eat at KPOT

KPOT has no $1 menu — it's a sit-down AYCE concept where the per-person price already covers 100+ items. The cheapest path is the weekday lunch tier; everything else is variation on how many premium add-ons or drinks you stack on top.

  1. 1Toddler (ages 3 & under)Free at every tier with an AYCE-paying adult. Cheapest seat at the table.Free
  2. 2Lunch Kids (ages 4–10)Half-size kids' AYCE at lunch.$10.99
  3. 3Weekday Dinner Kids (ages 4–10)Weekday-dinner kids' pricing.$14.99
  4. 4Weekend Dinner Kids (ages 4–10)Weekend kids' pricing.$16.99
  5. 5Lunch AYCE — AdultCheapest adult tier. Best value at KPOT.$24.99
  6. 6Weekday Dinner AYCE — AdultMid tier — same menu, evening pricing.$32.99
  7. 7Weekend Dinner AYCE — AdultTop tier — weekend premium.$36.99
  8. 8Lunch AYCE + Wagyu add-onLunch tier with one Wagyu round — still cheaper than weekend without add-ons.$40.98
  9. 9Weekend Dinner AYCE + Lobster TailPremium weekend experience with one lobster add-on.$49.98
  10. 10Weekend Dinner AYCE + King Crab LegTop weekend experience with full king crab pound.$71.98

Tip: the $24.99 lunch AYCE includes the same Wagyu-eligible menu structure as dinner, so a $24.99 + $15.99 Wagyu lunch ($40.98) gets you premium beef plus the full 100+ item AYCE menu for less than the weekend dinner tier ($36.99).

Most-ordered items: estimated calories and current AYCE pricing

KPOT does not publish official nutrition data (typical of AYCE concepts), so the figures below are estimates based on standard Korean BBQ and hot-pot serving sizes. Calorie estimates are per typical AYCE serving portion (4–6 oz of meat, one bowl of hot pot, one sushi roll, etc.). A full AYCE meal at the average table runs roughly 1,800–2,800 calories across all rounds — premium add-ons and rice push the upper end higher.

Estimates only — KPOT does not publish official nutrition data. The full-meal total varies dramatically depending on which categories dominate your table (sushi-heavy rounds will trend lower; pork-belly-and-rice-heavy rounds higher). Sodium tends to be the standout figure at any Korean BBQ AYCE concept; diners watching sodium should skip the dipping bowls and salt-shaker grills, and stick to the Original Beef or Mushroom broths over Spicy Miso.

Comparison reflects publicly documented pricing as of May 2026. Gen Korean BBQ House has more marinated meats per AYCE but no hot pot or sushi. Genwa is fine-dining Korean BBQ on an à la carte basis (no AYCE), so the only comparable column is Wagyu pricing. Quarters Korean BBQ runs a similar AYCE-BBQ format. Shabu Shabu chains (Shabu Express, Boiling Point, etc.) are hot-pot-only AYCE concepts — KPOT is the only major chain combining all three.

Signature spotlight

The six things that define KPOT's menu

If you've never been to a KPOT and want to know what's actually distinctive about it — start here. These are the chain identifiers you'll see at every U.S. store.

Iconic · The format

Grill + Hot Pot at every table

Every KPOT table is built with both a metal-grate BBQ grill and a built-in hot pot well — the chain's signature dual-cooking format. Most tables run both at the same time: grill the bulgogi, shabu-shabu the ribeye in the hot pot.

$24.99 · Best value

Lunch AYCE

$24.99 per adult, Mon–Fri 11am–3pm. Same 100+ AYCE items as dinner — only the per-person price changes. Widely considered KPOT's strongest value: you can pay $40.98 total ($24.99 + $15.99 Wagyu) and beat the weekend dinner tier.

$36.99 · Weekend premium

Weekend Dinner AYCE

$36.99 per adult, Friday 4pm through Sunday close. KPOT's highest-traffic window — most stores recommend reservations, and walk-ins routinely see 45–90 min waits Fri/Sat evening.

Most-ordered broth

Spicy Miso Broth

The default hot-pot pick: Korean-Japanese spicy miso, moderate heat, hearty and vegetable-forward. Most KPOT tables go Spicy Miso + Original on a half-and-half split.

$15.99 · Premium add-on

American Wagyu

The chain's most-ordered premium upgrade — Snake River Farms or comparable American Wagyu, 4 oz à la carte. Available at every tier, so it's a low-cost way to upgrade the lunch AYCE.

$13.99 · Classic pairing

Soju

Jinro Chamisul soju bottle at $13.99 is KPOT's most-ordered alcoholic beverage — the standard Korean BBQ pairing. Flavored soju (yogurt, peach, grapefruit) runs $15.99. Drinks are not included in AYCE.

Dietary & allergen guide

Vegetarian, vegan, and lower-calorie picks at KPOT (with the realistic caveats)

KPOT is a meat-and-seafood-first AYCE concept — it's not a strong destination for strict vegetarians. But there's a workable vegetarian path inside the AYCE menu, especially if you anchor the table around the Mushroom Broth hot pot and skip the BBQ grill.

Vegans face more friction: many sauces and banchan use seafood stock, the grills and hot pots are cross-contact-guaranteed at the table, and bibimbap defaults to a fried egg on top (request without).

Allergen note: cross-contact is near-certain at every KPOT table — the grill and hot pot are shared, and the sauce bar is self-serve. KPOT is not a good fit for serious peanut, shellfish or soy allergies. Confirm with the server if you have a severe allergen.

  • Vegetarian hot pot: Mushroom Broth + Tofu + Enoki + Bok Choy + Glass Noodles (included)
  • Vegetarian Korean apps: Bibimbap (no egg), Japchae, Tteokbokki, Kimchi (included)
  • Vegetarian sushi: Avocado Roll, Cucumber Roll (included)
  • Vegan dessert: Sliced Fresh Fruit (most locations); mochi contains dairy
  • Lower-calorie picks: Original Beef Broth + Cajun Chicken + Bok Choy + Avocado Roll
  • Spicy spectrum: Mushroom (mild) → Original (mild) → Spicy Miso (medium) → Tom Yum (hot)
  • Gluten: Soy-marinated meats contain wheat soy sauce; gluten-free path is very narrow
Ordering tips

How to get the most out of KPOT's AYCE

Best value

Eat at lunch, add Wagyu

Lunch AYCE ($24.99) + American Wagyu add-on ($15.99) = $40.98 total — still cheaper than weekend dinner ($36.99) when you factor in the upgrade. Lunch is widely the strongest value at KPOT.

Order strategy

Anchor with bulgogi + LA Galbi

First round on most tables: Bulgogi, LA Galbi short rib, Cajun Chicken, Spicy Pork Belly. Hits the most-ordered meats and gives the grill a steady spread while you decide on hot-pot broths.

Hot pot tactic

Always split half-and-half

Order a divided hot pot at the start — Spicy Miso + Original is KPOT's most-ordered combo. You get a hearty spicy base on one side and a clean broth on the other for dumplings and delicate seafood.

Premium

Flag add-ons at the start

King crab and A5 Wagyu sell out fastest, especially on Fri/Sat evenings. Tell your server you'd like the premium add-on order in the kitchen with your first AYCE round — don't wait until round three.

Time limit

Pace for 90 minutes

Most KPOT stores run 90-minute table seatings. Order 4–6 oz of 3–4 meats per round and refresh every 15 minutes — overpacking the first order means missing the back half of the menu. Servers stop taking new orders around the 75-minute mark.

Reservation tip

Reserve for Friday and Saturday

Weekend dinner is KPOT's highest-traffic window — walk-in waits of 45–90 minutes are common Fri and Sat evenings. Reserve at kpotgrill.com or via Yelp/OpenTable depending on your store.

Locations

Where to find a KPOT — 70+ U.S. stores and growing

KPOT was founded in 2018 in Pennsylvania and has grown to more than 70 U.S. locations as of May 2026, with new stores opening at a roughly monthly pace. The chain is heaviest in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic: Pennsylvania (HQ market), New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland and Ohio all have multiple locations. KPOT has also expanded into Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and Kentucky.

KPOT does not operate in California, the Pacific Northwest or Hawaii as of 2026 — those AYCE Korean BBQ markets are held by Gen Korean BBQ House, Quarters Korean BBQ, Manna BBQ and regional independents. Expansion into California is rumored but not confirmed.

About KPOT

The chain that built American AYCE around BBQ and Hot Pot at the same table.

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot opened its first restaurant in 2018 in Pennsylvania with a simple format twist: every table gets both a built-in grill and a built-in hot pot, with one all-you-can-eat price covering both. The combo concept had existed at independent Asian restaurants for years; KPOT was the first to scale it to a national chain with consistent pricing, included sushi rolls, included Korean appetizers and a self-serve sauce bar — all inside a single AYCE tier.

Eight years later, KPOT runs more than 70 U.S. restaurants across at least 15 states, opens new stores roughly monthly, and is the dominant national player in the BBQ + Hot Pot + Sushi AYCE category. The chain's signature is the lunch tier — at $24.99 it's the cheapest sit-down AYCE Korean BBQ + Hot Pot combo at scale in the U.S.

Common questions

KPOT menu — frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the questions people most commonly ask about KPOT's AYCE pricing tiers, time limit, included items, premium add-ons and vegetarian path.

How much is KPOT lunch in 2026?

KPOT's weekday lunch AYCE is $24.99 per adult as of May 2026, available Monday–Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids ages 4–10 are $10.99, and ages 3 and under are free with an AYCE-paying adult. Lunch is the best per-dollar tier on the KPOT menu — you get access to the same 100+ AYCE items as dinner (including all marinated meats, four hot-pot broths, sushi, banchan and dessert), just within the lunch window. Time limit at most stores is 90 minutes per table. Premium add-ons (Wagyu, lobster, king crab) are à la carte at all tiers.

What's the time limit at KPOT?

Most KPOT locations enforce a 90-minute time limit per table from the time you're seated, with some weekend stores running shorter 75-minute seatings during peak hours. The clock starts when the server brings your sauce setup and lights the grill. Servers will check in around the 60-minute mark to take a last round of orders. Food brought in the final 15 minutes generally needs to be finished at the table — most stores have a no-takeaway / no-waste policy and may charge for excess uneaten food. Confirm specifics at your local store, since some lower-traffic markets allow longer seatings.

Is KPOT all-you-can-eat?

Yes. KPOT is a 100% all-you-can-eat (AYCE) Korean BBQ + Hot Pot + sushi concept — there is no à la carte main menu. You pay a single per-person price (lunch $24.99, weekday dinner $32.99, weekend dinner $36.99) and order as many rounds of marinated meats, hot-pot proteins, sushi rolls, banchan, sides and desserts as you'd like within the table's time limit. Only premium add-ons (American Wagyu, A5 Japanese Wagyu, lobster, king crab, otoro nigiri) and beverages are charged separately à la carte.

Can I get Wagyu at KPOT?

Yes — KPOT offers Wagyu beef as a premium à la carte add-on at all three tiers (lunch, weekday dinner and weekend dinner). American Wagyu (Snake River Farms or comparable) runs around $15.99 per 4 oz portion, and true A5 Japanese Wagyu is around $29.99 per 2 oz portion where available. Wagyu add-ons are not included in the AYCE price. King crab leg (around $34.99 per pound) is the priciest single add-on; A5 Wagyu is the priciest per-ounce upgrade. Premium add-ons typically need to be flagged at the start of your meal — talk to your server before your first AYCE order.

Are drinks included at KPOT?

No — drinks are not included in the KPOT AYCE price. Soft drinks with free refills run around $2.99, hot tea is $2.49, bubble tea is $5.99, Korean beer is $6.99, soju bottles start at $13.99, and Japanese beer (Sapporo, Asahi) is around $7.99. Some locations include free hot tea at the table by default; bottled and Korean specialty drinks are always extra. Alcohol availability depends on your state and local liquor laws — a small number of KPOT locations are BYOB only.

Where is KPOT located?

KPOT operates more than 70 U.S. restaurants as of May 2026, with new locations opening on a roughly monthly basis. The chain is heaviest in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic — Pennsylvania (where it was founded in 2018), New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland and Ohio all have multiple stores. KPOT has also expanded into Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky and others. Use the official store locator at kpotgrill.com for the closest store and accurate hours.

How does the KPOT BBQ + Hot Pot table work?

Every KPOT table has both a built-in grill and a built-in hot pot at the center — customers cook their own food. You order marinated meats from the BBQ side (Bulgogi, Spicy Pork Belly, Beef Brisket, LA Galbi short rib, Cajun Chicken, etc.) and grill them on the metal grate. You order hot-pot broths (Spicy Miso, Tom Yum, Original Beef, Mushroom — or a half-and-half divided pot with any two) and drop in sliced ribeye, fish balls, meatballs, noodles, mushrooms, tofu and vegetables. Most tables run both simultaneously: grill the bulgogi, shabu-shabu the ribeye in the hot pot. Servers will refill broth, change the grill grate when it gets charred, and bring fresh small plates on request.

What's included in the KPOT AYCE menu?

The KPOT AYCE menu covers more than 100 items at every tier (lunch, weekday dinner and weekend dinner are the same menu — only the price changes). Included: 10+ marinated meats (Bulgogi, Spicy Pork Belly, LA Galbi short rib, Cajun Chicken, Garlic Chicken, Beef Brisket, Lemongrass Beef, Lamb Shoulder, head-on shrimp, squid and more); 4 hot-pot broths with half-and-half splits (Spicy Miso, Tom Yum, Original Beef, Mushroom); 30+ hot-pot proteins, noodles and vegetables; 6–10 sushi rolls and nigiri; 12+ Korean appetizers and banchan (Kimchi, Tteokbokki, Pajeon pancake, Mandu dumplings, Japchae, Bibimbap, Steamed Egg, Seolleongtang); a self-serve sauce bar (Ssamjang, Gochujang, sesame-peanut, ponzu); and dessert (mochi, soft-serve, sliced fruit). Premium add-ons (Wagyu, lobster, king crab, otoro, uni) are extra.

Is KPOT vegetarian friendly?

Partially. KPOT is built around meat and seafood, so it's not a strong destination for strict vegetarians — but it's workable. Vegetarian options included in AYCE: the Mushroom Broth (vegetarian hot pot), Tofu, Enoki + Shiitake mushrooms, Napa Cabbage, Bok Choy, Lotus Root, Sweet Corn, Kabocha, Glass Noodles, Udon, Ramen, Bibimbap, Japchae, Kimchi, Tteokbokki, Steamed Egg, Edamame, Seaweed Salad, Korean Pancake (kimchi version), Avocado and Cucumber sushi rolls, mochi ice cream and soft-serve. Vegans should request no egg in the bibimbap, skip seafood-stock sauces and confirm with the server. Cross-contact is nearly guaranteed (shared grill/hot-pot at the table) — KPOT is not a fit for serious allergens.

How much is the KPOT weekend dinner?

KPOT's weekend dinner AYCE is $36.99 per adult, charged from Friday 4 p.m. through close on Sunday (all day Saturday and Sunday). Kids 4–10 are $16.99, and toddlers 3 and under are free. The weekend tier covers the same 100+ AYCE items as the lunch ($24.99) and weekday dinner ($32.99) tiers — only the per-person price changes. Weekend hours are KPOT's highest-demand window: most stores recommend reserving online ahead of time, and walk-in waits of 45–90 minutes are common on Friday and Saturday evenings. The 90-minute table time limit applies at the weekend tier too.
